🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 💗

This October, take the time to prioritise your health, learn about breast health, recognise changes in your breasts or chest, and speak with a healthcare professional about screening options that are right for you.

Breast cancer can affect people of different genders. Knowing what is normal for your body, being aware of changes, and seeking medical advice when something feels different are important steps in caring for yourself.

Let’s spread awareness, encourage open conversations, support everyone affected by breast cancer, celebrate those fighting, and remember those we’ve lost. Every conversation and every act of support matters.
