alificativul ARACIS "grad de incredere ridicat" (maxim). The Faculty of Engineering in Foreign Languages (FILS) from the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (UTCB) provides "civil engineering" bachelor studies (4 years) and "structural engineering" master studies (2 years) entirely in English language. The specializations proposed by FILS are accredited by the Romanian Agency for Quality in Higher Education (ARACIS). The civil engineering studies provided by UTCB are "level A" (the highest) according to the ranking of Ministry of Education. UTCB has the "high degree of confidence" (the highest) in the ranking of ARACIS. La Faculté d'ingénierie en langues étrangères (FILS) de l'Université technique de constructions de Bucarest (UTCB) propose une formation de licence "génie civil" (4 ans) et une de master "ingénierie des structures" (2 ans) entièrement en langue française. L'UTCB est classée par l'Agence roumaine pour l'assurance de la qualité dans l'enseignement supérieur (ARACIS) avec le "degré de confiance élevé" (maximal). L'enseignement en génie civil à l'UTCB est de niveau A (maximal) selon le classement du Ministère de l'éducation nationale. Les spécialisations proposées par FILS sont accréditées par ARACIS.

📌A few weeks have passed, but the atmosphere of the second edition of International Students' Day still accompanies us.

🌍 April 29, 2026, Aula Magna. Hundreds of stories, dozens of nationalities, one community - this is FILS-UTCB.

✨It was more than an event. It was a reminder of what we are: a university that brings together 477 international students from 58 countries, learning shoulder to shoulder in French, English and Romanian.

💙We thank all those who made that day unforgettable — the institutional partners, embassies and organizations that joined the dialogue and, especially, the ASCB volunteers, whose energy held everything together.
