《 Job Title 》
Administrative Assistant for Prof. Chiara Labanti (藍嘉雅, Department of Electrical Engineering) and Prof. Yi-Chun Chin (秦逸群, International College)
《 Starting Date 》
To be discussed; expected around August 2026
《 Job Tasks 》
• General laboratory and research group administrative management
• Funding management and expense reporting (e.g., NSTC and NTU internal grants)
• Salary processing for students and P*s; receipt recording and reimbursements
• Procurement of lab equipment and coordination of deliveries
• Lab bureaucracy including safety compliance, floorplan drawings, and liaison with building management and engineering offices
• Maintaining organised records of all research group documents
• Supporting English communication and administrative tasks for both professors
• Other duties as assigned
《 Requirements 》
• Education: Bachelor degree or above; field and background open
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
• Experience in university administrative roles preferred
• Experience with NSTC or university funding management an advantage
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
《 Working Hours & Benefits 》
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Annual leave in accordance with Labour Standards Act
• Labour and health insurance, pension contribution per regulations; 1.5-month year-end bonus

Commensurate with qualifications and experience, in accordance with NTU assistant personnel pay scale.
