【學生會公告】NTUSA Announcement
本會於2026年3月30日舉行第三十八屆學生會會長陳柏承罷免案，已於今日（4月1日）經本會選舉罷免執行委員會罷字第1140401001號公告通過，陳柏承會長根據本會選舉罷免法第五十一條第二項規定，即日解除職務，並依本會自治規程第十二條第一項、本會會長繼任及代理條例第三條第一項規定，由內務副會長莊智程繼任會長，任期至今年7月31日為止。
一、 學生會會長已於稍早完成管理權限交接，學生會社群平台等相關對外管道，將於近日逐步完成資訊更新。
二、 學生會各部門原已規劃之活動及預算，均照常進行，不受影響。
三、 與會長有關之人事空缺，如校級會議代表等，學生會內部將儘速辦理重新選任之程序。
四、 學生會將於近期召開行政部門會議，確保各部門溝通無礙。
五、 學生會將持續與學生代表大會、研究生協會及各級學生自治組織代表緊密合作，推動各項政策及議題。
風雨如晦，雞鳴不已。在過去數個月間，因學生會的紛擾，造成學生自治夥伴及同學們的動盪不安。即便如此，我們仍看到無數夥伴堅守崗位，持續在學權與議題的土地上耕耘不輟。在接下來的日子裡，會長將在最短時間內完成程序過渡，確保學生會安定與施政順利，同學的權益不會有空窗期。再次感謝每位學生自治夥伴無私的奉獻，以及所有同學們對學生會的關心。

Regarding the recall of Chen Po Cheng, President of the 38th Student Association, held on March 30, 2026: The Election and Recall Executive Committee has officially ratified the results as of today, April 1 (Announcement No. 1140401001).
In accordance with Article 51, Paragraph 2 of the Election and Recall Act, President Chen Po Cheng is hereby relieved of his duties effective immediately. Pursuant to Article 12, Paragraph 1 of the NTUSA Constitution and Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Presidential Succession and Acting Regulations, Jhuang Jhih-cheng, Vice President of Internal Affairs, has succeeded to the office of President. His term will conclude on July 31, 2026.
1. The transfer of administrative management has been completed. Information across the Student Association’s social media platforms and official communication channels will be updated progressively in the coming days.
2. All previously planned activities and budgets for each department will proceed as scheduled without interruption.
3. Regarding vacancies for positions associated with the President (such as representatives for university-level meetings), the Student Association will initiate internal re-selection procedures as soon as possible.
4. An Executive Department Meeting will be convened shortly to ensure seamless communication across all divisions.
5. The Student Association will continue to work closely with the Student Council, the Graduate Student Association, and student self-governance representatives at all levels to advance policies and student issues.
"In the midst of wind and rain, the rooster does not cease its crowing." Over the past few months, the turmoil within the Student Association has caused significant instability for our self-governance partners and the student body. Despite these challenges, we have witnessed countless individuals remain steadfast in their duties, continuing to advocate for student rights and critical issues.
In the days ahead, the President will complete the procedural transition in the shortest time possible to ensure the stability of the Association and the smooth ex*****on of administration. There will be no "vacuum period" regarding student rights and welfare. We express our deepest gratitude to every student governance partner for their selfless dedication and to all students for their continued concern for the Student Association.
