How do companies turn AI adoption into actual return on investment?
ㅤ
The GMBA program explored this challenge in Prof. Leon van Jaarsveldt’s Cloud Computing course, featuring a special lecture by Vivien Roggero, CEO of Viorant.
ㅤ
Students gained practical insights into selecting high-frequency use cases, establishing strict governance workflows, and executing a 90-day AI deployment plan. A live demonstration of cloud agents also showed exactly how these tools operate in daily business tasks.
ㅤ
Thank you to our guest speaker and everyone who joined this insightful session. Stay tuned for more upcoming GMBA events!

Our Digital Trends and Management in Cloud Computing class went on a field trip on October 8, and this time the case study was a real company with real problems.

We visited Enspyre, a Taiwan-based B2B lead generation and business development firm that’s in the middle of its own AI transformation. Over the semester, our students will look at how Enspyre works day to day, find where its digital resilience falls short, and build cloud and AI roadmaps for the team.

The visit was a great start. Elias Ek (CEO and Founder) walked us through the business and where it’s headed. Lucy Peng showed us how things run behind the scenes, from ICP building to outreach to client reporting, and was upfront about where manual work slows things down. Spencer Jemelka shared his view on where AI is going in business and how it ties into what Enspyre is building.

Thank you to the Enspyre team for being so open with us, and to Prof. Leon van Jaarsveldt for leading the course. We’re looking forward to seeing what our students come up with.
