COME SAIL WITH US!

Founded in 1974 to promote the sport of sailing in Central Texas, LBYC has become a landmark for yacht racing and community sailing programs in Central Texas as well as the Southwestern region of the US. Founded in 1976 as a not-for-profit organization, you will find us teaching sailing to Boy Scouts, interested community youth and adults, LBYC members, and the University of Mary-Harden Baylor students collegiate sailboat racing.

LBYC September Social presented by Wes and Sandy. A bunch of opacarophilic sailors gathered to enjoy unbeatable sunset views, tasty concessions, and the comedy classic, Captain Ron. No better setting than Lake Belton, no better cast than Lake Belton Yacht Club members. Message us to find out how to come aboard!

Our Labor Day Sail started with soft winds, but ended with a beautiful and steady wind around 10 mph. Rocinante and Ataraxia were on the water looking pretty.
