It was a privilege to welcome the Lettie Pate Whitehead Foundation to Clemson University’s Nursing Building in Greenville today! 💜

We are incredibly grateful for the Foundation’s extraordinary support of our nursing students for more than 30 years. Their commitment helps empower the next generation of nurses and makes a lasting difference in the lives of our students. 🧡

We were especially excited to have four of our Lettie Pate Whitehead Foundation Scholars join us for today’s luncheon: Jenna Evans, Mackenzie Lee, Clare Scullion, and Kayleigh Walton.

Clemson Nursing students stepped into virtual reality to put their CPR skills to the test using our CPR Simulator software! 🥽🧡💜 From hands-on practice to real-time performance feedback, they experienced an immersive way to build confidence in life-saving skills.

The best part? Every virtual patient was saved! 👏 We're incredibly proud of the phenomenal job our students did.

This past Saturday, the Clemson School of Nursing welcomed future Tiger nurses into its state-of-the-art simulation lab for the annual Bring Your Daughter to Clemson Day, hosted by the Clemson Women’s Alumni Council. 🩺🐅

Through hands-on, interactive stations, participants explored the world of nursing by practicing heart and lung assessments, applying sterile gloves, learning about oxygen and suture removal and discovering the many skills nurses use every day. The day offered an exciting glimpse into the future of healthcare and inspired the next generation of Clemson nurses!

Congratulations to Dr. Luigi Boccuto, an assistant professor in the Clemson University School of Nursing, for receiving Clemson University's Junior Researcher of the Year award! This award recognizes high-achieving faculty who publish research that improves society.

Another amazing Health Careers Night at the Drive game at Fluor Field! ⚾️ Nearly 1,000 K–12 students joined us to discover the many paths within the health industry. From hands-on activities to engaging exhibits along the concourse, it was a memorable experience for all who attended!

Incredible work by our Prisma Scholars!

Through their Community Donation Drive supporting the nurses at Clemson Downs, students collected 672 food items and 294 care items. This initiative is an example of students turning compassion into action and giving back to our community health nurses.

Thank you to everyone who donated and supported this meaningful project! 🧡💜
