For the first time in 28 years, the National Wildlife Habitat Education Program national championship was held in South Carolina. In the FFA Division, Pendleton FFA took first place honors, while the Governor's School placed fifth in the 4-H Division. Pendleton’s Cooper Lindley also placed first in the FFA individual competition. 🏆

WHEP is a national hands-on environmental education program dedicated to teaching youth across the country about wildlife and fisheries habitat conservation and management. We are so proud of these incredible students! 👏
