Students in PLNT_SCI4975: Advanced Landscape Design had the opportunity to tour the beauty of Legacy Springs near Owensville, MO. This is an awe-inspiring residential design/build landscape project by Rost, Inc. of Columbia, MO. Once you experience the beauty of this well-conceived landscape, it is not hard to understand why we make this trip every spring! We would like to thank the folks of Barry-Wehmiller for providing access to this amazing property. Having the opportunity to experience what others have built helps us understand what is possible.

DISCOVER CAFNR: Plant Science & Technology is a one day student only event for high school students to participate in hands on activities to explore our two majors, Plant Sciences & Agricultural Systems Technology and potential careers within the field. This event is free, on campus, and lunch is include for students. Students have the opportunity to visit our greenhouses, student-run floral shop(Tiger Garden), research labs, landscape design studio, agricultural system technology shop and much more!
