What started as a step outside of her comfort zone, became a full-circle moment just a few years later. ✨

Last month, sophomore College of Business student Hosanna Spencer returned to the Invest in Girls program as a featured speaker during the COB Unwrapped closing networking portion of the event, sharing how attending the program in high school opened new doors in education and career exploration.

"Before participating in Invest in Girls, I hadn't considered a career in business or finance. Coming from a low-income household, I didn't feel qualified, and the thought of stepping into the business world intimidated me. But Invest in Girls showed me the value of financial literacy and taught me that women not only belong in business spaces. We thrive there."

Stories like Hosanna's are a powerful reminder of the impact that access, mentorship and opportunity can have on a student's future. 💙💼
