🎉 Big congratulations to three members of the UCO College of Business family!

Dr. Niccole Miller and Jordan Wisdom, in collaboration with Amy Lee of the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education, earned a first-place tie in the Masonic Foundation Transformative Learning Awards for their work on Think Like an Entrepreneur Day. 👏

Their innovative program was recognized for inspiring student learning and engagement through hands-on entrepreneurial experiences for high school juniors and seniors, as well as mentorship opportunities for BAP Impact Team volunteers. The program also earned a $4,000 award to support its continued impact.

Way to go, Dr. Miller, Jordan and Amy! 🐴💙

Meet Alex Rangel 🎓
Management Information Systems Major | Class of 2027

Alex is interning with American Fidelity in Oklahoma City as an IT Operations intern. In this role, Rangel provides technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues. Additionally, Rangel assists colleagues with resolving technology-related issues and system functionality to ensure efficient daily workflow while documenting requests through a ticketing system.

Meet Drew Faires 🎓
Professional Golf Management Graduate | Class of 2026

Drew Faires recently started a full-time position as Coordinator of Junior Tour Operations at Northern Texas PGA in Frisco, Texas. In this role, Drew helps manage NTPGA Junior Tour events through tournament preparation, player communication, scoring and on-site operations. Drew is continuing to develop skills in tournament administration, customer service and golf operations.

Meet Kristia Wilkerson 🎓
Business Administration Major | Class of 2028

Kristia is a Network Engineer with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Oklahoma City.

In this role, Kristia manages projects and contributes to building and maintaining network systems while collaborating with professionals across the organization. Kristia is also conducting analysis and problem-solving efforts to identify solutions for complex challenges, gaining valuable hands-on experience in both technology and project management.
