🏈🍔 We love potlucks!

We kicked off football season with tailgate-style potlucks at every office location. Our teams brought delicious food, plenty of fellowship, and some of their best jerseys and team shirts to show off their team spirit!

These gatherings are about more than sharing a meal. They give coworkers the opportunity to connect, meet people from different departments, and strengthen the relationships that make our EdFamily special. We’re grateful for the food, fun, and fellowship that brings everyone together!

Being pickled is kind of a Big Dill! 🥒

Our company President handcrafts homemade pickle jars every August—and we mean truly homemade. He grows the cucumbers in his own garden and prepares every jar in his kitchen. During our busiest time of year, managers get to award them to employees who truly embody the spirit of our company.

This EdFamily tradition is all about recognizing our top-notch employees when it matters most—during peak season when everyone is giving their all. Every pickle jar winner receives incentive points for being nominated. And the Biggest Dill of them all gets a special raise!

This week, we had the privilege of hearing our latest Leadership Development Program class present their individual projects – and wow, what an impressive group.

Our LDP isn't something you just sign up for. It's a year-long commitment that requires an application, an interview, and not everyone gets in. What you're seeing here is the light at the end of the tunnel – these individual projects are the final piece of the program.

But before they got here, these leaders tackled book clubs, group projects, engagement activities, and leadership trainings designed to make them (and us) better.

We're incredibly proud of the work each person put into their project. Every single one brings real value back to the company and shows a true return on investment.
