We are proud to recognize Dr. Alaa Abu Mallouh for his upcoming presentation at the 2026 Southern Finance Association (SFA) Annual Meeting, taking place November 18–21 in Palm Springs, California!
Dr. Alaa will present his paper, “R&D Expenditures and CEO Compensation,” which explores the relationship between research and development investments and executive compensation, examining how innovation spending influences CEO pay and how short-term performance pressures may impact that relationship.
