For Joe Stevens, teaching Scripture is about more than gaining knowledge; it’s about equipping students to faithfully live out God’s calling.

As instructor of Bible Exposition at the University of Mobile, Stevens draws from his experience as a pastor, church planter and ministry mentor to help students connect biblical truth with everyday life. He challenges students to grow in their understanding of God’s word while developing the character, skills and confidence needed to share the Gospel wherever God leads.
