Stephen is co-founder of Tinker Coffee Co., a specialty coffee roaster based in Indianapolis. After several years in the w**e industry, he discovered a passion for specialty coffee and, in 2014, founded Tinker with his brother-in-law, Jeff Johnson.

Over the next three days, 140+ Ball State alumni from across the U.S. are sharing what they've learned about careers, leadership, AI, accounting, investing, marketing, networking, workplace expectations, and more.

Before your first session:
1. Check the schedule and choose the sessions you want to attend.
2. Confirm the time, format, and location for each one.
3. Bring one question you genuinely want answered.
4. Introduce yourself to at least one alumnus.

Show up, and be curious.

The Miller College of Business is excited to welcome Dr. Devin Chatterji as our newest Teaching Professor of Information Systems and Operations Management!

Dr. Chatterji brings more than 20 years of industry experience in analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, with leadership roles in healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing, and technology. His research focuses on applied AI and machine learning.
