OU-NORMAN Urgent: A Tornado Watch is in effect for the OU Norman campus until [9:00PM]. A Tornado Watch means the ingredients are present for possible tornadoes later today. Any storm may also bring dangerous lightning, damaging winds and hail. Storms are expected in the Norman area from [Now until 9:00PM]. Power outages may occur, therefore keep cell phones fully charged. When storms arrive, stay away from all windows. We are monitoring the weather and OU Emergency RAVE Alerts will be sent as appropriate.
