Did you know: Beyond Bama trips have officially been approved for this school year!! Staying in Tuscaloosa and want to help Beyond Bama make a change this fall break? Apply to serve on our fall trip, led by ATL Tanita Harris! Tanita has partnered with Alabama Rural Ministries, who serves 3 Alabama counties through home repair and children’s camps. In Opelika, AL, you would be assisting in these home repairs in underserved counties. Use the QR code on the second slide to apply! Any questions are welcome, thank you and go beyond!

Due to rain, we will be rescheduling cars making for essentially healthcare workers to next Monday and Tuesday from 12-3 p.m. Each card will count for 30 mins of a service hour through Bama Pulse and new sign ups will be out this afternoon! Thank you for choosing to serve with us!

Join us Tuesday and Wednesday (March 23rd and 24th) from 12-3 on the Ferg promenade to help us make cards to thank the essential healthcare workers at DCH for their hard work in Tuscaloosa! Everyone is welcome to participate with us, we hope to see you there!

We are not only helping SSSVP to raise funds on this giving Tuesday, but we also want to help raise awareness of the problem at hand! Ben Borja, one of our ATLs on this project says

“Homelessness is a pervasive problem for those who have served in America’s military, especially in recent wars. Beyond Bama is proud to partner with SSSVP to build homes for veterans in Lineville, Alabama. Consider in getting involved as a sponsor at the link in our bio as we move towards ”
