Congratulations to Dr. Johanna Amaya, assistant professor of Supply Chain and Information Systems, on being featured in Think Landscape.

AI is transforming marketing by helping businesses create content faster, personalize messages, analyze data and generate new ideas.

However, a recent Penn State study highlights an important point: AI works best when combined with human judgment.
