Earlier today the EFFYC Alice Branch hosted a gender swap day. Which is an initiative aimed at celebrating diversity, challenging gender stereotypes, and promoting a campus environment founded on inclusion, respect, and equality.

This initiative reaffirms that the EFFYC is an organisation that embraces and advocates for gender diversity and inclusion, while creating spaces where every student can freely express themselves and feel valued.

As we come from Women’s Month, we are reminded that the struggle for equality does not end with the month. Indeed, we are all worthy of dignity, respect, equality, and freedom.

The EFFYC Alice Branch is proud to host “Gender Swap Day” an initiative aimed at celebrating diversity, challenging gender stereotypes, and promoting a campus environment founded on inclusion, respect, and equality.

♦️UPCOMING PROGRAMME ♦️

Part of our ongoing support to ensure that we have a safe and clean campus environment is embarking on our clean up campaign know as “Andries Tatane Clean Up Campaign” which seeks to assist students by cleaning residences those that are facing hygiene issues or rather deemed as the most vulnerable areas of bad hygiene. Therefore, for our phase three we will be focusing on cleaning BEDA 2 Residence.

The EFFYC Alice Branch is please to inform students populace about the loading of meal allowances for the month of September which is currently underway.

Students are advised to regularly check their student meal cards/accounts, as the loading process may not reflect simultaneously for everyone. We appreciate your patience while the process is being completed.

Should your meal allowance not reflect after the loading process has been finalized, kindly report the matter to the relevant Student Services Office for assistance.Thank you for your cooperation.

Yesterday the EFFYC Raymond Mhlaba Subregion which consisted of both branches the EFFYC UFH Alice and EFFYC Lovedale Alice embarked on a Res Mattaz. We are happy to announce that indeed the res mattaz was a success and that new members joined the EFFYC.

Indeed it’s a year of victory or death 🖤💚❤️
