29/10/2026

♦️EARLIER TODAY♦️

The EFFYC Alice Branch is pleased to announce the successful sitting of its Branch General Youth Assembly (BGYA) today, Presided over by EFFYC EC Coordinator Fighter Lubabalo Mcunukelwa. The purpose of the assembly was to nominate SRC candidates to represent the organisation in the upcoming SRC elections for 2026/27.

We warmly welcome all elected candidates and congratulate every fighter entrusted with this responsibility. We call upon all fighters, members, and ground forces to intensify the campaign, mobilise students, and take our message to every corner of the University of Fort Hare.

The task ahead is clear: to consolidate our support, strengthen our ground presence, and ensure that “victory is certain on 6 November 2026!”

♦️Count Down to SRC Elections ♦️

We are left with few days which are even less than 10 days towards SRC Elections and LGE as well. We want to remind students and community members of ward 11 that they must vote for the only party that have been advocating for them since the beginning of the year. A party that made sure, no one goes to bed hungry, no one struggles to have toiletries, to have access to warmth during winter, when others were not there. The EFF was there to mitigate such basic necessities.
