Nido will be called Blessed in all Nations, and I just experienced this in Calgary Canada, where one of our NIDO healthcare assistants, Elisabeth Banyezako is working.
Above and Beyond is a company that truly goes Above and Beyond for their clients and carers. The NIDO team and myself are so proud to be associated with their amazing caring services and the compassion they show to all their clients and carers. I want to thank them for their time meeting with me and showing me all the amazing work they do. We have a great journey ahead and Nido will need to provide more quality NIDO carers to help add value to Above and Beyond Care services.
I am very proud to be affiliated with a company like Above and Beyond.
The NIDO carers are making me very proud when they can show the world out there that they have the true compassion and passion for the work they do and fly the NIDO flag high.

At NIDO, we believe that caring starts with prioritising health and wellbeing. Make time for regular check-ups and recommended screenings, know your body, and seek medical advice if you notice any unusual changes.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month may be coming to an end, but the importance of awareness, early detection and caring for one another continues all year round. 🎀

To all NIDO Healthcare Assistants, we have jobs available in Durban and urgently need you to call Ansie Hengst (Placement Manager) on 0719212586, please register for work so we can assist you to work in KZN.

We will also allow previously trained carers to work with NIDO while we Upskill you and you only have to pay for the training while working for NIDO. All applications must be in by latest 9 October 2026. We need 30 applicants and will give the opportunity to previously qualified carers to work and earn, and in the same time train with NIDO. You don’t need to be NIDO qualified, we will help you to qualify with NIDO Nursing while working with us. 👏👏

This is one of the questions we get asked most often and the answer is no but at NIDO we specialise in Healthcare Assistant and Clinical Carer training, with a 12-month programme focused on building practical skills and real experience in healthcare within private facilities and alongside professional nurses

If your goal is to become a nurse one day, NIDO can be a valuable starting point. You’ll gain hands-on healthcare experience and develop a strong foundation in patient care while exploring your options for further nursing studies.

It’s important to know that the NIDO certificate does not provide credits towards a nursing qualification, and nursing studies have their own entry requirements.

Different qualification. Different path. But a meaningful place to start your journey in healthcare.
