My journey in biotechnology has not been easy, but that’s how you know that what you are striving for is worth it, because it makes it all the more rewarding in the end.
There will be challenges and there will be times where you doubt if you are going to make it, but work hard and be consistent regardless. Trust in the mentorship and supervision of the lecturers and lab technicians, as they make sure that they go out of their way to ensure that every student understands the work and can apply it in the real world when need be. Do your best to attend lectures and don’t be afraid to ask questions, because without the help of those teaching you, you cannot do as well as you would expect.
Last but not least, also have fun and enjoy yourself. Do your best in your studies but also remember to enjoy your time on campus, because you can never get these years back.
