You may already have the knowledge. The question is: Have you given it structure?
Years of teaching, coaching, workshops, notes and experience can contain incredible value, but valuable information does not automatically become a curriculum. A strong curriculum takes what you know and creates a clear learning journey:
* Who is this curriculum designed for?
* What should the learner know, understand or be able to do by the end?
* What do they need to learn first, what comes next, and what should follow after that?
* How will they practice and apply what they have learned?
Sometimes the next step is not creating more content. It is organising the knowledge you already carry so that someone else can learn from it clearly. If you could turn one area of your knowledge into a structured curriculum, what would you teach?
