When I started Destiny College International (DCI) in 2025, it was through the leading of the Holy Spirit. I carried such a strong burden in my heart that I could not sleep for two months. Just two days before classes started, I finally signed up. I was terrified when I saw all the books, the tests, and the thought that one day I would have to write my own book. But I took that step of faith, trusting God to lead me.

Before DCI, I thought I knew a lot about business, leadership, and Biblical principles. However, DCI opened my eyes to how much I still needed to learn, not only about the Word of God but also about myself and my character. As an Afrikaans speaking person, studying in English was a huge challenge. The big words and assignments sometimes made me doubt myself. But I refused to give up. Today, I can honestly say that my English has improved by approximately 70%. DCI has taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of continuous growth.

The teachings of Dr Viv, Dr Charmaine, and the other lecturers have strengthened my hunger for God's Word and encouraged me to keep learning. DCI is more than a class we attend every Monday we are a family who support, encourage, and help one another grow...

I am so grateful to Dr Viv and Dr Charmaine for the time, wisdom, and encouragement they have invested in my life. Thank you for reminding me never to give up.

My journey has taught me that we do not have to be perfect or know everything when we begin. We simply need to take that step of faith, remain teachable, and allow God to work in us. I started DCI feeling terrified, but today I can look back with gratitude and see how far God has brought me. And I know this is only the beginning!

MY DCI JOURNEY - GRAHAM

When I enrolled at Destiny College International, I carried one sincere desire in my heart, which was to learn the pure, undiluted Gospel of Christ. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” (Rom 1:16)

Before joining DCI, I had encountered many doctrinal inconsistencies, and I knew I needed solid, Biblical teaching so I could confidently guide those who I would minister to. DCI provided exactly that.

Every lesson, every assignment, and every discussion stretched me and helped me grow. What has surprised me most is how studying the Word has increased my hunger rather than satisfied it. The more I learn, the more I realize just how much more there is to discover about God and His truth.

One of the greatest blessings of this journey has been the Excellence, integrity, and Christ-like conduct of our leaders and lecturers. They have consistently encouraged me to go further, to keep pressing into deeper study, and to pursue my calling, challenging me to continue all the way to the doctorate level. I am thankful for what God has already revealed through DCI, and I look forward to everything He will continue to show me as I keep studying and growing in His Word.

Since joining Destiny College International, I have experienced tremendous spiritual growth. Studying the Word of God has strengthened my faith and deepened my daily walk with Jesus.

I genuinely look forward to my lectures, and we are blessed with such amazing lecturers who share their knowledge and passion for the Word of God. One of the most incredible experiences for me was being prophesied over during a lecture and then witnessing the fruit of that prophecy come to pass. It was truly amazing, and I am still in awe of how faithful and wonderful our God is!

What I appreciate most about DCI is that I am not only learning the Word of God but also learning how to apply it to my everyday life. The transformation is evident, and I can confidently say that I am a living testimony of what God is doing in my life through this journey.
