This is a PRACTICAL ONE-WEEK INTENSIVE PROGRAM designed to take you from passion to a fully registered, functioning, and fundable charity organization.

MODULE 1: THE FOUNDATION — UNDERSTANDING CHARITY WORK
- Biblical Theology of Compassion & Community Development
- Types of Charity Models (Church-based, Family Foundation, Individual Trust, PVO/NGO/NPO)
- Identifying Real Community Needs (Assessment Skills)
- Ethics, Accountability and Governance in Charity Work
MODULE 2: LEGAL REGISTRATION & BRANDING (WE DO IT FOR YOU)
- How to Register a Trust, PVO, NGO or NPO in Zimbabwe & South Africa (Step-by-step)
- Drafting of Constitution, Deeds of Trust & Governance Documents
- Inclusive Package: Professional Logo Design, Letterhead, and Flyers for your Charity
- All Documentation & Compliance (ZIMRA/SARS, Tax Exemption)
- Assistance with Opening a Charity Bank Account
MODULE 3: FIELD EXPERIENCE — PRACTICAL OUTREACH
- Supervised field work with: Homeless communities, Disadvantaged families, People with Disabilities, Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), Elderly and Widows
- How to conduct a proper outreach, assessment, and follow-up without creating dependency

- Writing Winning Funding Proposals & Donor Letters
- Income Generating Projects for your Charity
- How to do proper Reporting, Receipts, Audits and Follow-up that builds trust with donors
- Social Media Storytelling to attract supporters
- Partnership and Networking Skills
