What an incredible day at Die Plaas! 🙌🏽
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Natalie Abrahams and the entire Youth Table SA team for joining us and spending such a meaningful day with our community. 🤝🏽🌿
It was more than just an event — it was a day of connection, friendship, support and hope. Together, we helped community members with important services such as ID applications, R370 Social Relief of Distress grants, guidance and support. 📋❤️
At Die Plaas, we believe that when organisations, young people and communities come together, real change can grow from the ground up. 🌱
