❤️❤️❤️
From one Cork family to another ❤️
For more than 55 years, Dinos has been part of family life in Cork. As part of our series celebrating the people and organisations making a difference in our community, we’re shining a spotlight on some of the wonderful work happening across Cork.
This week, we caught up with Sinéad Dunphy, Festival Director of Summer Sing, Cork’s children’s arts and music festival, supported by Dinos.
Every July, children aged 5–15 come together to create their own original musical, developing the stories, songs and characters themselves before taking to the stage at the end of the week.
Summer Sing also ensures every child has the opportunity to take part, offering a free place for every paid place to help those who might otherwise miss out.
With the support of local businesses like Dinos, the festival is helping young people discover their creativity, build confidence and realise their potential.
You can support Summer Sing too! They’re currently part of the Tesco Community Fund at Tesco Paul Street. Simply pop your blue token into their collection box when shopping.
And of course, we had to ask Sinéad about her favourite Dinos order... garlic cheese chips and southern fried chicken! 😍
Cork runs on Dinos. At the heart of Cork since 1970.
