Alfred State Sonography students are looking for pregnant volunteers to visit our on-campus lab in Alfred for a free obstetric ultrasound.

We still have a few openings on Tuesday, 12/2 and Thursday, 12/4.

Welcome to a new school year! The Medical Imaging faculty would like to extend a huge thank you for all of the support we have received during our recent move to the Pioneer Landing facility, immediately adjacent to the Alfred State Farm. This move will bring development to the new Agriculture-Science Building, in which we were previously housed.

It is said that change begins at the end of your comfort zone, and in our circumstances, those words rang true. The move forced us out of our routines and away from our peers, but gave us the opportunity to bring new ideas to life, foster stronger relationships, and work with new people. It brought stress and anxiety, but also moments with "high fives", shared smiles, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Like our students, we, too, are Pioneers!
