Samford University's Beeson Divinity School exists to prepare God-called men and women to serve as ministers in the Church of Jesus Christ.

Samford University's Beeson Divinity School is an interdenominational, evangelical school providing an in-person theological education for the training of God-called men and women to serve as ministers in the Church of Jesus Christ. We accomplish this by providing face-to-face, classical graduate theological education, worshiping the Triune God and encouraging the practices of Christian spirituality in covenanted community. Beeson offers three graduate degrees: Master of Divinity (MDiv), Master of Arts in Theological Studies (MATS) and Master of Arts in Christian Counseling (MACC). Beeson also offers two advanced degrees: Master of Theology (ThM) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theology for the Church.
