A two-year immersive education program that develops young adults through faith-centered growth, mentorship, and real-world work.

The transformative learning experiences at Vertical Immersive we are designed to help students grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. Vertical Immersive is the most innovative place for an immersive learning experience. Students learn alongside industry experts working on projects for non-profits and corporate partners which become real-life marketing plans and strategy, social media tactics, websites, and audio and visual media.

For their Wednesday field trip, the Climbers met with Ryan Ison and a couple fellow speakers from The Stone Table and Josh Abel from the Pioneer Bible Translators students learned the mission and purpose of these businesses, seeing how their work comes to life and impacts the community.

We were so excited to welcome prospective students and their parents to Vertical Immersive for Visit Day.

We kicked things off with Shelby, our Coordinator for the day, who shared what the Vertical Immersive program is all about. From there, our guests got a sneak peek at our new building, which is still a work in progress but already full of possibility.

Next came one of our favorite parts of the day: a get-to-know-you activity with our visitors and current students. Everyone was given a secret mission that others had to uncover to score points, along with personal goals they needed to complete. It was a fun and fast way to build connections, and the room was full of laughter in no time!

We then shared lunch together and enjoyed some extra time to fellowship.

After lunch, Brian Wheeler spoke on mindsets, something our students learn about and practice throughout the entire program. Here’s what a few of our visitors had to say at the end of the day:

“I loved learning about a new journey for my life and faith.”

“Amazing day! So grateful for the opportunity to discover so many innovative paths. The day was meaningful, informative, and gave us a great picture of what VI offers.”

We wrapped up the day with a student panel, where our current students answered questions from Shelby and from our visitors, giving an honest look at life at Vertical.

The path after high school doesn’t have to be a guessing game.

Vertical Life’s CVO, Brian Wheeler, is joining Connection Pointe Christian Church’s Career & Calling Conference. It’s a hands-on day built to help students in grades 9–12 discover how they’re uniquely wired and what that could mean for their future.

Meet Jordan Jones, one of the passionate facilitators helping students grow in leadership, identity, and purpose here at Vertical Immersive. We’re excited to introduce you to Jordan and share a little more about what inspired him to teach with us.

"Hello, I am Jordan Jones, and I teach Leadership Development & Vertical Values here at Vertical Immersive. I chose to teach here because guiding young people toward their identity in Christ is my passion! I worked with Susan Rozzi on other projects, and she invited me to instruct this class. But beyond that and before teaching here, I have spent most of my adult life working with 18–22-year-olds - helping them learn their identity, purpose and how to steward the various roles that God has given them. This class is an extension of this passion! Outside of Vertical, I’m a consultant with Susan at Rozzi and Associates." - Jordan Jones

"Will I get along with them?"

That was the biggest worry for a lot of our students walking into the Vertical Immersive Fall 2026 Retreat. By the end of the day, the answer was clear.

Blindfolded challenges, team games, lots of laughing, and a night around the campfire turned a group of new faces into a team. We started the day by asking everyone to be really intentional and lean in, and they did.

Welcome to our new and returning students! We can't wait to see what this year holds.
