It’s Student Employee Appreciation Week and we’re celebrating the heart of our office—OUR STUDENTS!

This space is more than just a workplace—it’s where innovation meets opportunity. Fatimah, Jai’leen, Jada, & Zach help students step into their entrepreneurial mindset, creating, branding, and selling their own products while gaining real-world experience 🔥

Our student workers in The Monarch Way go beyond the day-to-day—they consistently cheer on our entrepreneurs, creating a space where creativity, business, and confidence come together.

Because of them, the next generation of entrepreneurs isn’t just dreaming—they’re already in motion 🌟
