OU Group Piano GAs enjoyed sharing ideas, teaching practices, and philosophy with Yamaha! Thank you Neal Postma for making this dialogue possible with developers from Japan and California. It was a unique opportunity for reflection. ❤️🎹

As part of the Advanced Pedagogy and Voice Science Class, Graduate students in the DMA Vocal Performance and Pedagogy track at OU visited the offices of Doctors Amy Jack and Peter Keats. The class got to scope their vocal cords, and even tried scoping themselves! They learned about the vital roles laryngologists and speech-language pathologists play in the lives of professional voice users.

It was an inspiring day on the OU Health Campus and an exciting first step in collaboration between our schools. Boomer!
