The Student Government Association (SGA) of Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) is the name of the student government body at TMCC. The SGA represents all students currently enrolled at Truckee Meadows Community College. We provide recommendations, opinions, and information to college leadership and the Board of Regents for the Nevada System of Higher Education. We support recognized student clubs and organizations as well as a variety of programs and activities for students.

We'll be providing nonpartisan information about what's on the ballot to help you make informed decisions on who you want to elect.

🌺🦋 On Friday, October 2nd, we will be celebrating the creation and official unveiling of the "El Sueno" mural. Former SGA senators Gaby Melendrez-Chavarin and Gianna Ruiz, as well as mural artist Edwin Martinez Esco will be giving remarks!
Ceremony starts at 3pm and we will be in the hallway space near RDMT 220! 🦋🌺

🗳️ With election day right around the corner, it is important to know not only where you can place your ballot, but also know what you'll be voting on in this year's cycle.

If you still need to get registered to vote, the SGA has you covered, come see us in the Plaza on September 15th from 10am to 12pm to complete or update your registration, as well as get some free snacks and merch by answering some trivia!

We hope to see you there doing your part for democracy!
