CAPS provides group counseling services to students across a wide range of focus areas/concerns. What is Group therapy? A general therapy group was put together aimed to develop insight and change behavior. During the semester, group members meet with one or two facilitators once a week. As well as effectively addressing multiple challenges in individuals' lives, group therapy provides a unique experience. 💛

In celebration of Black History Month, we want to highlight that one can have a disability and be a world class champion. Did you know that Olympic gold, silver, and bronze medalist, Simon Biles, was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age? The diagnosis did not stop her from working hard and becoming a decorated world champion!
