On the 10th of October 2026, we had the privilege of hosting a successful U-GRIP event, bringing together final-year students, graduates, and industry professionals for a day of learning, engagement, and professional development.
Through insightful panel discussions with industry experts, engaging breakaway sessions, and meaningful networking opportunities, the event created a valuable platform for students and graduates to gain industry insights, broaden their perspectives, and better prepare themselves for the world of work.
A special highlight was hearing from Mr Nyimpini, founder of Take-Charge Leadership Institute, alongside other industry experts who shared their knowledge, experiences, and valuable perspectives on professional growth and career readiness.
Events like these reaffirm the importance of strong university-industry partnerships in enhancing graduate employability, creating opportunities, and equipping our future professionals with the knowledge, networks, and confidence to navigate the world of work.
