Last night, we held our final “Anyone Can Cook” program of the year! We were joined by Laura O’Neill from Fleishman Career Center, Binghamton University shared with us her Pasta E Fagioli recipe. We also had Michael, our Assistant Director, share with us a quick, easy, and fun dessert – dessert egg rolls.

Thank you for a fun year with our “Anyone Can Cook” programs! We look forward to continuing these in the fall!

Congratulations to our newest Tau Sigma members! We are 72 members stronger! While not all 72 could join us for thr ceremony, we are so excited to see all the great things in store for our local Alpha Omega Chapter!

Last night, Chef Michael Smith from McCoy's Chophouse wowed a room full of eager transfer students during our latest Anyone Can Cook program! He demonstrated a delicious, approachable recipe, Sweet & Spicy Sambal Noodles with Ground Turkey, that students could confidently recreate on their own.

The verdict? A huge hit! The students loved it so much that there wasn’t a single bite left by the end of the program.

We’re already looking ahead to our next Anyone Can Cook event, tentatively scheduled for March 10th. Stay tuned—more details coming soon!
