Stop by the Hattie Redmond Women & Gender Center on Thursdays between 11:30am to 1pm and chat with Autumn Coté, Interpersonal Violence Services Coordinator & Counselor from CAPS.

Consultations are confidential and available on a first-come, first served basis.

While conversations are brief, they aim to provide meaningful support and resources if needed. (This service is not a substitute for therapy and not appropriate for urgent care.)
