🍩 Donuts with the Dean!

This morning, Dean Staci Simonich stopped by AG 321: Women in Agriculture to share her experiences as the first woman to serve as dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences at Oregon State University.

She reflected on her own journey as a woman in academia and agriculture, the opportunities for students of all backgrounds in these fields, and why Oregon is such a great place to build a career in agriculture and natural resources.

We’re grateful to have a dean who takes the time to connect with and inspire our students—and who knows that a surprise delivery of donuts makes a great morning even better! 🧡
