What an incredible show of community support for our Teacher Education 5K!

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we raised nearly $700 and collected an amazing amount of supplies for Thornwell!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and supported this event. A special shoutout to our Lander University Teaching Fellows for their hard work in organizing and hosting such a meaningful event! We are so proud of the difference we can make when we come together!

Today was a very exciting day at the SCAEYC conference ! Spending time with our Teach to Teach scholars is a Saturday well spent . Our very own Jada Perez did an amazing job speaking about the transfer process !

Middle and Secondary EDUC 429 students met and asked questions during the Q&A portion of today’s meeting with Dr. Shane Goodwin and Mr. John Kinard. Questions our students asked included: the interview/hiring process, administrative support, what qualities do school districts look for and expect from Lander graduates, and expectations of student conduct on campuses. A great way to end the week !
