The CTE division offers certificates and A.A.S.

The Division of Career and Technical Education meets the technological workforce development needs of the community by providing 15 hands-on technical skill training programs. The Division of Career and Technical Education meets the changing educational and technological workforce development needs of the community by providing adult education and technical training to support the economic and well-being of the community and businesses within the college service area. We minimize barriers to educational opportunities and enhance the intellectual and technical skills of area residents by providing adult training, general academic and technical education, customized business and industry training, and economic development services that prepare students and trainees for rewarding employment. Credit instruction is offered in a large selection of different programs using industry driven instruction, industry-standard equipment, and industry recognized credentials and work-based learning. degrees in the following technical fields:

🎬 Lights, Camera, Transformation! 🎬

Today, our Cosmetology students brought movie magic to life during their annual Halloween Movie Character Competition! From the first brush stroke to the final reveal, students demonstrated incredible creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail as they transformed their models into iconic characters from the big screen.

The before-and-after transformations were nothing short of amazing, showcasing the talent, hard work, and imagination that our students bring to the salon every day. Events like this allow students to apply their classroom knowledge in a fun, hands-on way while challenging their artistry and professionalism.

A huge congratulations to all of the participants for their outstanding work and commitment to their craft. We are so proud of the creativity and passion on display today!

Today's Kitchen Lab was absolutely amazing! Guests enjoyed delicious student-prepared dishes, and the support from our campus community was incredible. From savory favorites to sweet treats, every plate reflected the hard work and talent of our Culinary Arts students.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, enjoyed a meal, and supported our future chefs. Opportunities like these give students real-world experience and help them build confidence in their craft.
