of Norman, Moore, and south Oklahoma City, MNTC provides high school and adult students a quality and affordable technical career education. Our Franklin Road Campus sits conveniently between the communities of Moore and Norman. The campus spacious site offers classrooms, learning labs, industry-standard equipment, and meeting and conference space. The South Penn Campus is located on the corner of SW 134th and South Penn Ave. in south Oklahoma City and is home to many short-term learning spaces, conference area and health lab.
