Meet the facilitator leading three of the five modules in Communicating with Intention.

Dr. Natale has been a faculty member at the OU Anne and Henry Zarrow School of Social Work since 2005, where he also serves as PhD Program Director. He was inducted into the Social Work Hall of Fame for Teaching Excellence in 2015 and received the University of Oklahoma Regents Award for Superior Teaching in 2019.

His research centers on inclusion, equity, and belonging in higher education and trauma-informed practice.
