For 37 years, the Southwest Center for Human Relations Studies (SWCHRS) at The University of Oklahoma brought you the NCORE conference.

SWCHRS will now be holding Regional Institutes and a special-topics webinar series. Organizing learning communities remains our work and SWCHRS affirms the values that have made NCORE a trusted gathering point for beginners, change makers, and administrators alike. Meet the facilitator leading three of the five modules in Communicating with Intention.

Dr. Natale has been a faculty member at the OU Anne and Henry Zarrow School of Social Work since 2005, where he also serves as PhD Program Director. He was inducted into the Social Work Hall of Fame for Teaching Excellence in 2015 and received the University of Oklahoma Regents Award for Superior Teaching in 2019.

His research centers on inclusion, equity, and belonging in higher education and trauma-informed practice.

Communicating with Intention starts September 22, 2026.
