💉 Oct 3 | Pharmacy-Based Immunization Administration by Pharmacy Technicians
Comprised of an online self-study plus a live, hands-on session that teaches immunization techniques, this program provides 6 hours of CPE credit. In-person and remote learning options are available.

💊 Nov 7–8 | Walter P. Scheffe CPE Series
Join us for 15 hours of ACPE credit covering a variety of timely topics, including AI in healthcare, immunizations, diabetes, chronic disease state nutrition, perimenopause/menopause, CKM syndrome, compounding/BUDs, OSBP updates, and more!

We are excited to welcome Deidra Williams as the newest member of the OU Pharmacy Alumni Association Board! 🎉

Deidra is a second-generation Oklahoma pharmacist. After earning her doctor of pharmacy degree from OU Pharmacy in 2010, she completed her MBA at Southeastern Oklahoma State University and became board certified in geriatric pharmacy. Throughout her career, Deidra has held a variety of pharmacy leadership roles focused on geriatric care, medication management, pharmacy operations, and executive leadership. She currently serves as Director of Pharmacy for Oklahoma Medicaid at Humana, where she works to improve access to care and health outcomes for Oklahomans.

Committed to advancing the profession, Deidra currently serves as President of the Oklahoma Society of Health-System Pharmacists. She is passionate about mentoring future pharmacy leaders, fostering professional connections, and supporting initiatives that strengthen pharmacy practice and improve patient care across the state. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, cheering them on at soccer games and dance competitions.
