The financial aid office will be closing at noon on Friday, September 4, and will be closed on Monday, September 7, alongside the university in observance of the Labor Day holiday. We'll be reopening on Tuesday, September 8, at 8:30am!

Due to new federal regulation updates, timing shifted a bit this fall, but disbursements will officially begin on August 31 once enrollment is verified. Then, the Office of the Bursar can work to process your refund if your aid exceeds your charges.

The bookstore voucher request form closes this Friday, so make sure you submit your request today if you are interested in a bookstore voucher. Not sure how to request a bookstore voucher? Swipe for instructions!

As a reminder, the bookstore voucher allows you to use part of your refund money at the Highlander Bookstore before it is processed. If you are not receiving a refund, you are ineligible for a bookstore voucher.

Fall aid is on the way! 💰 Disbursement begins Monday, August 31st.

🤔 Wondering why aid is disbursing a little later this semester? Financial aid changes from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) have impacted our disbursement timeline as we have to verify enrollment before we can release aid. This is because OBBBA requires that aid is scaled to how many credits a student is in if they are less-than-full-time.

Upcoming payment plan deadline alert! 🚨

The 3-installment payment plan has a sign-up deadline of August 24th!

Things to know:
✨25% required down
✨ 3 payments: September through November
✨ Regularly scheduled payments process on the 5th of the month
✨ $50 nonrefundable enrollment fee
