On Wednesday, our department, along with our departmental clubs, had the opportunity to showcase what we offer at the Ferguson College Round Up event. The Horticulture Club, American Society of Landscape Architects Club, Turf Club, and MANRRS were all there!

What a week! Our plant drop gave away over 3,000 plants across three days, and we couldn't be more grateful for everyone who made it happen.

Thank you to our greenhouse manager, Stephen Stanphill, for keeping everything ready to go. Thanks to Shelley Mitchell and David Hillock for your support. And to our Hort Club volunteers, thank you for showing up and working hard. This event doesn't happen without you.

Our first plant drop day was a success! Thank you to everyone that stopped by and grabbed a plant!

We will be at the same location tomorrow and Thursday for two more plant drops! If you didn't get the chance to stop by today, come see us tomorrow or Thursday. We will be there from 8:00 AM until we run out of plants!🌱
