A great little showcase of the output of our student's knife skills in the kitchen.

Different cuts, careful preparation, and a neat final presentation.

It's always good to see students putting their practical skills into action and building confidence along the way.

Australia is testing its National Test Alert system to make sure emergency warnings can reach people quickly during serious situations.

During the test:
📢 Your phone may make a loud alert sound
🔕 It may happen even if your phone is on Silent or Do Not Disturb mode
📱 A test message will appear on your screen
✅ No action is required — it is only a test

This system helps Australia communicate important safety information during real emergencies such as bushfires, floods, severe weather events, and other situations where public safety may be at risk.

🇦🇺 New to Australia? Understanding local systems and staying informed is an important part of settling into life here.
