應屆文憑試考生 Brandon Yuen 早前於暑假期間，到訪 #理大 #眼科視光學院 #眼科視光學診所，參與為期兩日的工作實習體驗，親身探索他一直感興趣的眼科視光學專業。🤩
透過是次體驗，Brandon 了解眼科視光師的日常工作，以及眼科視光學診所的運作。他更深深體會到，作為眼睛護理專業人員，除了掌握扎實的專業知識外，設身處地理解病人需要、以同理心溝通，同樣是提供優質眼科護理不可或缺的一環。🫶

| Job Shadowing Programme👨⚕️
Recent HKDSE graduate Brandon Yuen took part in a two-day job shadowing programme at the during the summer. The experience gave him an opportunity to explore the optometry profession, a field he has long been interested in.🤩
During the programme, Brandon gained insights into the daily work of optometrists and the operations of the Optometry Clinic. He also learned that, in addition to solid professional knowledge, providing quality eye care requires understanding patients’ needs, communicating with empathy, and offering care from the patient’s perspective.🫶
Brandon shared that the job shadowing programme deepened his understanding of optometry and reinforced his aspiration to pursue further studies and development in this field.🎯
