With its motto ‘Wisdom, Humanity, Integrity, Harmony’, Lee Woo Sing College (founded in 2007) aims at developing leaders with excellent communication and leadership skills for Hong Kong, the mainland and the world.

[和聲Podcast EP6b: 以藝術滋養人心，透過傳播、體驗、創作，讓學生感受藝術之美 | WS Podcast EP6b: Nurturing Souls with the Beauty of Art Through Communication, Experience and Creating]

屬於「和聲人」的全新聲音節目《和聲 Podcast》，由書院的老師、同學和畢業生就不同議題相互暢談，分享他們在書院的生活、以及在校園和社會的體驗，讓聽眾以輕鬆的方式認識中大、認識和聲。

在第六集節目中，我們十分榮幸邀請到兩位教授 —— 新聞與傳播學院專業應用副教授吳世家教授、生物醫學學院副教授萬超教授、以及校友錢冠廷先生，與和聲學生鄧麗怡，交流他們與藝術的「緣份」。吳教授和萬教授，閒時會抽空練習國畫、書法陶冶性情；錢校友除曾修讀書院通識的京崑戲曲課程外，亦是前合唱團成員，積極參與表演藝術；鄧同學也因修讀山水畫通識課，在觀賞畫展時有更多得著。

於下半集節目中，和聲學生鄧麗怡和錢冠廷校友各自分享從書院通識課程學習山水畫和崑曲的過程，還有修畢通識課程後，課外賞析各類藝術時的嶄新體會。

[💭 實現夢想踏出與別不同 — 和聲書院 DARE 計劃 🎓 得獎者專訪：吳鈞惠校友| 💭 Dream Come True – Awardee of Lee Woo Sing College DARE Scheme 🎓: Ms. NG Kwan Wai, Janet]

和聲書院向來鼓勵「和聲人」追求夢想，並設立贊助計劃，為具備計劃的學生及校友提供資源、平台及專業顧問指導。當中「DARE計劃」以「Dream夢想」、「Action行動」、「Reflection反思」和「Evaluation檢討」為綱領，透過面對面向贊助者推銷的機會，以及有系統地實踐計劃，協助「和聲人」突破自我、踏出實現理想的第一步，培養新一代社會領袖。

吳鈞惠校友（Janet）（2017 / 工商管理）於2024-25年度以「Dear My Little Mind 自我對話畫畫療癒工作坊」項目申請參加DARE計劃，成功獲得贊助者的賞識和支持。Janet善用DARE計劃提供的資源，舉辦多個繪畫工作坊，鼓勵參加者透過繪畫、撰寫日記等方式傾聽內心的想法和感受，學會接納自我，並將關懷和正向思維推廣至不同社群。Janet 在領導及執行「Dear My Little Mind」的過程中，亦獲得了寶貴的個人成長，包括克服內心恐懼及不安。項目完結後，她仍積極透過網上平台推廣結合個人情緒和成長的藝術創作，進一步從創意走到自我實現。

[🤿和聲自由潛水工作坊 | WS Free Diving Workshop🤿]

暑假轉眼間就完咗，但心思思仲未玩夠，諗緊點樣捉緊夏天嘅尾巴？🌞書院喺九至十月會舉辦自由潛水工作坊，除咗學習自由潛水嘅基本知識以及技巧之外，同學仲會喺中大泳池同埋開放水域自由潛水。🌊玩完想繼續鑽研嘅話，仲有機會可以免費考自由潛水牌，再利用潛水技能實踐一個保育海洋嘅社會服務活動就真係Perfect啦！ 🫵🏻

The summer break has passed quickly, but haven't had enough fun yet? 🌞 The College is going to organise a free diving workshop in September and October. Besides learning the basic knowledge and techniques of free diving, students will also can practice free diving in the CUHK swimming pool and open water. 🌊If you want to continue learning skills of free diving, you can also get a chance to take the PADI certification exam for free and use your diving skills to participate in a marine conservation social service activity. 🫵🏻

今次我哋實測由三個地點出發前往和聲，分別係邵逸夫堂(本部)、正門(四條柱)以及康本國際學術園(大學站)。三個常去起點，三條路線，10分鐘內搞掂？一齊拆解「和聲好遠」呢個校園傳說！🏃

People always say WS is super far, but is that actually true? 👀

Let's put it to test! We timed our journey to WS starting from three different locations: Sir Run Run Shaw Hall (main campus), the Main Entrance (four pillars), and Yasumoto International Academic Park (University Station). Three common starting points, three routes—can we make it in under 10 minutes? Let's debunk the "Lee Woo Sing is so far" campus legend together! 🏃

和聲以「綠」建家，我哋除咗一直致力推動綠色教育外，亦透過不同環保實踐及綠色基建(包括中大首個智能混合鮮風系統💨、全港首個宿舍智能電力讀數裝置🔋、太陽能產電系統☀️、首間中大餐廳實施顧客分類廚餘🗑️等)，引領學生將可持續發展實踐在生活之中。
