Wu Yee Sun College 伍宜孫書院 Wu Yee Sun College, CUHK The College will serve as home for 1200 students, half of whom will be residents at the College.

香港中文大學厚蒙伍宜孫慈善基金會的慷慨捐助，於二零零七年成立伍宜孫書院。書院可容納一千二百名學生（六百名宿生、六百名走讀生)，於二零一二年九月起開始收生，每年收約三百位新生，今年已錄取四屆約一千二百名同學。

The Chinese University of Hong Kong established Wu Yee Sun College as one of its constituent Colleges in 2007 thanks to the generous support from the Wu Yee Sun Charitable Foundation Limited. The first cohort of students joined the College in September 2012.

【Call for Enrolment of Be Entrepreneurial! Funding Scheme 💡】

Entrepreneurial Spirit and Social Responsibility are what the College advocates in its mission. Students who wish to develop or are in the middle of creating their own businesses or creative projects are welcome to apply for the Be Entrepreneurial! Funding Scheme. The funding scheme supports short-term student projects that will realize the College’s core values and provide students with opportunities to enhance their entrepreneurial skills.

The maximum funding amount is up to HK$20,000, and applications are accepted throughout the year.

新學年正式開始了！作為通識教育課程GEYS1000（書院聚會 /書院論壇）的一部分，所有學生須於10月2日上午11時30分到邵逸夫堂出席書院開學禮，敬請預留時間。同時提醒各位新生到書院輔導處 (UG/F) 領取領帶或圍巾。

Welcome back to the campus! As part of the General Education course GEYS1000 (College Assembly/Forum), all College students are required to attend the College Inauguration Assembly on 2 Oct in person at 11:30 am in Sir Run Run Shaw Hall. Please reserve your time. All freshmen are also reminded to collect their College tie/scarf at the Dean of Students’ Office (UG/F) during office hours if you have not yet done so.
