Last Thursday, 02/04, our students from the Master of Science in Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality Management went on a field trip with Programme Director Eilish McCarthy to Cloughjordan Ecovillage, a pioneering sustainable community in Co. Tipperary. The village upholds strong principles of sustainability by reducing waste, conserving water, and promoting biodiversity.

Students from the MSc in Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality Management, along with learners from programmes such as MSc in Cybersecurity, MSc in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and English Language, will be leading projects in recycling, waste reduction and energy saving to make our college more sustainable.
