📢 NEW ONLINE COURSE | Managing Food Allergies and Coeliac Disease

Food allergies and coeliac disease affect everyday life across homes, schools, care settings, sports clubs and hospitality environments. Knowing how to manage them safely and confidently can make a real difference.

Malta University Consulting is offering an 8.5-hour online course providing practical, evidence-based guidance on recognising, preventing and managing food allergies and coeliac disease.

Topics include:
🔹 Understanding food allergies, intolerances and coeliac disease
🔹 Planning safe and nutritionally balanced allergen-restricted diets
🔹 Reading food labels and reducing cross-contact
🔹 Recognising and responding to allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis
🔹 Communication, inclusion and the psychosocial aspects of living with food allergies
The course is particularly relevant for parents and carers, school and childcare staff, care-home staff, catering and hospitality teams, NGOs, sports/club officials and coaches, as well as anyone interested in managing food allergies safely.
