🎭 The Drama Troupe offers students a chance to explore and develop their talents through both formal and non-formal theatre experiences, all within a supportive environment.
🎟️ Throughout the year, the troupe organises Drama Day, contributes to the GCHSS Soirée - Giovanni Curmi Higher Secondary School , and collaborates with subject departments on educational drama projects that enrich learning across the curriculum.
🎬 Students interested in joining are encouraged to speak to teachers from the Department of Theatre and Performance Studies.

🎸🎶 The PlaKard Project organises regular music sessions on campus bringing together students to explore different genres, rhythms, and styles in a relaxed, supportive setting.

🎵 Jamming sessions happen frequently during breaks, in different spots around campus, creating a fun and creative atmosphere that welcomes all.

🎤 The philosophy of the PlaKard Project is simple: everyone can be a musician. If you’re interested in joining or giving it a go, contact the GCHSS Chaplaincy for more info!

✨ The Youth Hub is a welcoming space where students can feel at home, enjoy their free time, and become part of the school community. It offers regular activities, and opportunities to participate in a variety of events throughout the year 🎉

🎱🏒⚽ The Hub also includes a games area equipped with billiards, air hockey, and table soccer, providing the perfect setting to unwind, have fun, and connect with friends.

⛪✨ The GCHSS Chaplaincy plays an important role in school life by fostering a welcoming environment where students and staff can find support, encouragement, and opportunities for personal and spiritual development. Open to everyone, it nurtures values of respect, compassion, and togetherness 🤝💬

✝️ Mass is celebrated regularly in the Chapel and special celebrations are also held throughout the year, including the start of the scholastic year, Christmas, and the feast of Our Lady of Sorrows. A school chaplain is also available on-site for spiritual guidance and confession 🕊️

🤲 The Chaplaincy is more than a place of worship - it is also a friendly and peaceful space where students can meet, unwind, and strengthen bonds with one another, helping to create a caring and supportive school community.

🌍 GCHSS is an Erasmus+ accredited institution that has been awarded funds to enable students to travel abroad to partner countries within the Erasmus+ network.

🚌 Other buses stop within walking distance, including near Naxxar Parish Church, Labour Avenue & Lija Cemetery.
