21 Academy is expanding its academic and quality assurance team and is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Officer.

The successful applicant will support the Academy in maintaining high academic standards, monitoring internal quality assurance processes, ensuring MFHEA compliance, coordinating quality reviews, maintaining institutional records and evidence, and contributing to continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone with:

🎓 MQF Level 7 qualification
📊 Strong analytical and organisational skills
📝 Excellent report-writing and documentation skills
🔍 Excellent attention to detail
🏛️ Knowledge of MFHEA requirements and the MQF will be an advantage
✅ Experience in internal audits, programme reviews or academic quality assurance will be an advantage.
